What to have ready
Every lift is different. Call with the weight of the item, how far it needs to go and where the truck can park, and Don will confirm the lift. It also helps to have:
- The job address and city
- What is being lifted: HVAC unit, spa, shed, trusses, panels, equipment or materials
- Where it is going: roof, backyard, pad or trailer
- Anything overhead or in the way, especially power lines and trees
- Ground notes, like septic tanks, pool equipment or soft spots near the truck spot
- HOA or street setup questions you have already checked on
- Your preferred day and start time
